Responsibilities:
To support the Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team in a private Nursing Home, with a positive caring outlook providing care services including:

• Administration of medication.
• Implementation and maintenance of all Home policies and procedures
• Care planning and risk assessments
• Maintenance of patient’s records in accordance statutory bodies
• Liaising with families.
• Dealing with other healthcare professionals
• Oversight of nursing care

Please note all nurses recruited will be given the opportunity to maintain their clinical skills and knowledge, and regular training opportunities also available.
